Whether it's big or small, our private Christmas parties are sure to get you into the festive mood. Dance the night away with your friends or colleagues at a private party at Bramall Lane.
Enjoy your own private room, choose from a festive buffet menu or a three-course menu of your choice, tea and coffee station, DJ and disco, e-cracker prize draw and a late bar until 12:45am. If you'd like to really get into the festival spirit, we also offer shared Christmas parties, so you can enjoy a much bigger party.
What does the package include?
When booking a private Christmas party, you'll be able to enjoy a festive function room, a complimentary drink on arrival, a three-course set menu, a tea and coffee station, a DJ and disco to dance the night away and a late bar open until 12:45am to keep the party going.
Private Christmas parties are available from £39 per person, minimum numbers apply.

When booking one of our private parties, you'll have the choice of a buffet, from £39 per person, or a three-course choice menu, from £45 per person, to feed your guests.

Looking to upgrade with extras?
One of the benefits of booking a private party is the option of adding extras to your booking. We have several drink packages that can be added to parties as well as a separate three-course menu. Our team of party planning experts are more than happy to discuss any idea or request you have, and will work with you to bring them to life.
A plan for your evening
We know a thing or two (or five) about hosting a great Sheffield Christmas party. One of the benefits of booking your Christmas party at Sheffield United is our expertise and organisation, ensuring your party goes off without a hitch.
Arrive at 19:00 for an arrival drinks reception before dinner is served at 19:45. Then, from 21:00, you'll be able to enjoy the provided disco and strut your stuff until the bar closes at 00:45 and you're picked up at 01:00. With all the boring planning take care of, you'll be able to enjoy your night to the fullest.
FAQs
How much is the deposit and when do I have to pay in full by?
For shared parties, secure your place at the party for only £15 per person, with the final balance for all bookings due by Friday 1st November 2024. For private parties, our standard terms and conditions apply.

When will I receive my tickets?
This is a ticketless event. It's less hassle for you and is better for the planet, but you will receive a confirmation of your booking via email. Upon arriving at the stadium we just need the name you booked under.
When should I tell you about dietary requirements?
We ask to be notified of dietary requirements prior to the event. For shared party nights, you should log back in via the website to update your requirements. For private parties please contact your Christmas Coordinator. All dietary requirements must be received by the 1st November.
Do you have free car parking onsite?
There is free onsite parking. All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.
What is the dress code?
Our guests really love getting dressed up, so we recommend you dress to impress!
Can I pay by cash at the bar?
We are a cashless venue, s o please bring a credit or debit card. To avoid bar queues on the night, we recommend that you pre-book one of our drinks packages.
